Directly reporting to the Head of CRM within our Marketing team you will be responsible for CRM tools, data quality & automation campaigns for all the countries and both business units : HomeExchange & HomeExchange Collection. Identifying holes in our user lifecycle and filling them with the most appropriate communication content & channel to increase conversion & renewal will be your daily job.

Missions

Datamodel & tools

  • Be our CRM tools expert (mainly Iterable)
  • Implement new channels identified as good opportunities for HE (such as SMS)
  • Own the CRM data model & coordinate any changes needed
  • Follow up on all relative bug resolutions
  • Work closely with the data team to ensure data quality & documentation update

Campaigns

  • Coordinate existing campaign optimization & run constant AB tests with existing CRM team & freelancers
  • Build new automation campaigns (content, integration, targeting, flow set up) based on business opportunities analysis
  • Work closely with the sales lead to implement new callback campaigns or implement callback banners in existing campaigns
  • Build a strong mobile strategy to increase mobile traffic & conversions including push app, push web, SMS campaigns
  • Lead relative projects such as our upcoming transactional email migration : framing, specificities writing, coordination with data & product team

Reporting

  • Build reports to monitor closely sendings & campaign performances
  • Analyze, share learnings & recommendations
  • Develop a reliable control group methodology to measure incremental revenue

Profil recherché

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing CRM database & multichannel automation campaigns
  • A true appetence for data flows and complexity
  • HTML and SQL skills are a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and familiar with AB test methodology
  • Very good French and English communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Real problem solver
  • Ambitious & result oriented : committed, proactive, you like to see impacts of your actions
  • Autonomous but also a great team player
  • Data driven : you don’t do because you feel it but because you have observed and analyzed
  • Good coordination skills
  • Want to take part in an entrepreneurial project with a positive impact
