We’re looking for a motivated CRM & Lead Management Intern to support our team in maintaining and improving our Salesforce CRM while contributing to our lead generation efforts. This internship will be an excellent opportunity to develop both technical and business skills in a dynamic environment.
Your missions :
Ensure data integrity and perform regular updates in Salesforce ;
Support the automation of workflows and processes to improve efficiency ;
Collaborate with internal teams to customize and optimize Salesforce features ;
Assist in researching and identifying potential leads ;
Enrich and update the lead database to improve data quality ;
Support the sales and marketing teams with lead segmentation and targeting.

You have initial experience with Salesforce CRM
You have a first experience in a business, marketing, IT, or related program
You are interested in CRM management, data handling, and lead generation
You have a technical background in programming (JS, Python,…)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a team
You are comfortable communicating in English as this is your team’s main language 🙂
