As our first sales operations specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing the strategic initiatives and processes for the Sales and SDR teams in France, Italy, Spain and Germany !

As the first sales operations specialist, you will join the Growth Team led by Valentin. Your primary responsibility will be to define and implement the tools used by the sales team. As a key business partner, you will play a central role in the sales machine, ensuring the smooth execution of projects that will impact the company and our revenue strategy. Your missions will include:

  • Building the Salesforce and tooling roadmap for the Sales team, in collaboration with the sales and growth teams.

  • Coordinating stakeholders (Growth manager, Sales Managers, Data analysts, etc.) to prioritize and deploy the most strategic projects.

  • Ensuring a seamless Salesforce experience and utilization of tools (such as Aircall, Modjo, Salesloft, etc.).

  • Providing daily support for these tools in the most scalable manner.

  • Maintaining constant interaction with our internal customers (Sales) and their customers (European SMEs) to proactively suggest improvements.

  • Managing high-impact projects for the Sales Team from ideation to deployment.

  • Reporting to the Lead Growth.

Your goal: to enable the Sales team to double in number by 2025, and to triple our customer base, while increasing Sales efficiency and satisfaction! 🎯

Profil recherché

Your Profile? 🦸

  • A graduate from an engineering or business school with over 2 years of experience in a similar position, including at least 1 as a Salesforce Administrator. You have both a:

    • Comprehensive project management experience: understanding the problem, scoping, prioritizing, communicating with the development team, testing, communicating with business teams (Sales…)

    • Successful experience of deploying tech tools (CRM, telephony, emailing…)

    • Experience in a FinTech or financial service is a plus. 

  • Strong analytical skills : you love solving analyzing data and you are not afraid of learning new technical or analytical skills (SQL, Python)

  • Problem solver: you are highly independent and capable of autonomously managing complex projects.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive on starting from scratch and thinking outside the box.

  • Doer : you are able to get your hands dirty with the ambition to lift mountains

  • Natural curiosity and desire to make a real impact

  • Agile and flexible: you easily adapt to a fast-paced and high-growth environment

  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
