As the 2nd member of the German founding team, you will have a key role in Hero’s international expansion. You will work closely with your direct manager, Patrick, our Account executive DACH, to make the launch a real success and convert high-intent leads into loyal clients, generating revenue for Hero!
At Hero, companies can open a business account directly through our website via a self-service onboarding flow. But some drop off before finishing. That’s where you come in. This is not a traditional SDR role. You will blend sales drive with a supportive problem-solving mindset to turn interest into customers — and customers into long-term value and revenue.

As an Inbound Sales Representative, your missions will be to :
Be the first point of contact for inbound leads coming from our website, marketing campaigns, and referrals
Proactively call and follow up with prospects who started but didn’t complete the onboarding flow in order to finish the opening of business accounts
Qualify incoming leads to identify real business opportunities, discover their needs and assess whether they are a good fit for Hero
Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the buying journey with the target to generate revenue for Hero
Collaborate with the growth team to continuously improve lead quality, conversion and the product-market-fit
Ensure accurate tracking of all interactions and lead status in the CRM (Salesforce)
Work hand in hand with the Account Executive to ensure a smooth handover and successful deal closing
Share market insights and client feedback with the team to continuously improve our offering
Strive to meet (and exceed!) your conversion targets and KPIs
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree or relevant apprenticeship, you have first experience in sales, customer success, or activation roles — ideally in fintech, finance or SaaS
Strong communicator & relationship builder: you create trust and connection easily
Closing mindset: you’re highly motivated and focused on converting leads into clients
Reliable & organized: you keep your CRM spotless and always up to date
Detail-oriented: you don’t let anything slip through the cracks
Doer: you’re capable of communicating with many prospects and clients with the ambition to lift mountains

Native German speaker with solid English skills for team collaboration
