The Team:The Saint-Louis team leads business development initiatives across North and South America, overseeing all facets of growth including strategic planning, distribution, communications, and partnerships. As a rapidly expanding brand, Saint-Louis is poised to accelerate its presence over the coming years through both retail and e-commerce channels.The Opportunity:As the Regional Manager of Northeast, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned territory while actively enhancing the brand's visibility and positioning across key markets. You will encompass a strategic oversight of multiple sales channels, including wholesale distribution (showrooms, specialty retailers, and department stores), direct retail through Hermès boutiques, and the Designers and Trade segment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the D&D showroom's engagement with interior designers, while also contributing to select special projects involving end consumers and hospitality clients, ensuring consistent brand excellence across all touchpoints.This position is based onsite in our 59th Street New York, NY office.About the Role: DISTRIBUTIONOversee the profitable growth and strategic development of assigned accounts by increasing market penetration, exceeding budgeted sales objectives, and identifying opportunities for expansion.

  • Drive consistent sales performance across all distribution channels, including wholesale accounts and Hermès boutiques
  • Present and sell new collections to ensure store alignment with seasonal launches
  • Conduct regular stock reviews and recommend reorders based on sales performance, seasonal cycles, and market trends
  • Deliver product training to retail teams, covering craftsmanship, brand heritage, and product features
  • Ensure timely availability and accuracy of selling tools, including catalogues, brochures, and price lists
  • Monitor and evaluate account performance and brand alignment, recommending corrective actions or termination when necessary
  • Identify and develop new distribution opportunities in line with the brand's strategic guidelines (partner type and showroom profile)
  • Expand the lighting and home decoration network outside the New York City market
  • Coordinate with Customer Service teams in France and the U.S. to manage deliveries and resolve logistical issues
  • Maintain legal and operational compliance across accounts, ensuring up-to-date documentation and adherence to procedures
  • Collaborate with Accounting to support payment processing and maintain account balances
  • Represent the brand during Tabletop Market Week by scheduling client appointments and showcasing new collections
  • Partner with the Marketing team to conceptualize and implement in-store activations, visual merchandising, and events to support product launches and existing lines
DESIGNER SALESIn collaboration with the Showroom Senior Manager, drive sales growth through strategic engagement with architects and interior designers (A&D).
  • Proactively identify and pursue new A&D sales opportunities through consistent outreach and market prospecting
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, tear sheets, and quotes for client projects
  • Manage A&D project pipelines from initial consultation through order fulfillment to ensure exceptional service and timely delivery
  • Host clients in the showroom and introduce them to new and core collections
  • Grow and maintain a strong network of architects and designers to develop consistent sales
  • Represent the brand at local A&D events to raise visibility and strengthen industry connections
  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with top clients to establish long-term business partnerships
REPORTING
  • Provide monthly business updates and quarterly forecasts to senior leadership
  • Collect and synthesize field feedback to propose improvements to tools, communication, and product support
  • Share insights on design trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities to inform brand strategy
  • Maintain and update the A&D client database for accurate reporting and outreach

About You:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales to the high-end home market
  • Existing relationships within the Tri-State design community are essential
  • Strong familiarity with key industry players and excellent networking ability
  • Deep understanding of competitors and current industry trends
  • Proven ability to identify new projects and convert them into sales
  • Creative, solutions-oriented, adaptable, and open-minded
  • Self-starter with a high degree of independence and initiative
  • Strong team player with a collaborative and flexible approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with design software is a plus
  • French language skills are a plus, though not required
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs dictate
The range for this position is $96,707 - $114,289 annually.
