General Role: As member of the Hermès Greater China Legal team, in close cooperation with the company's various departments, métiers, entities and subsidiaries, in Greater China (PRC/HK/MC/TW).Major Responsibilities: •Participate in the implementation, evaluation, updating and deployment of compliance programs, particularly in the following areas:- Data management, personal data protection and implementation of the PIPL- Anti-corruption- Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing- duty of vigilance in matters of human rights and fundamental freedoms, health and safety of persons and on the environment- Restrictive measures, international sanctions, embargoes- Compliance with competition law- Any other compliance program.•Participate in the animation and training of employees in the various programs•Monitor action plans in the different operational entities and collaborate with all concerned functions/teams•Implement a control program and analyze the feedback on the control actions carried out•Advise operational and office staff on the application of compliance programs•Participate in the validation of institutional documentation related to the aforementioned compliance programs•Monitor compliance solution providers in accordance with group purchasing policies•Ensure legislative and regulatory monitoring on topics relevant to the businesses of Hermes•Play an active role in support General Counsel on the continuous organizational development Requirements & Capabilities: •At least 12 years of working experience in renowned law firms/companies. Overseas study or work experience is preferred.•Solid experience in data privacy related matters/project. Practical experience in other key compliance domains, with the ability to learn quickly.•Excellent communication and organizational coordination skills, strong analytical, summarizing, and logical thinking abilities.•Good command of both written and spoken English.•Proactive, meticulous in thinking, and able to integrate to an innovative, active and dynamic team.•Open minded and strong ability of adaptation to the Hermes cultures.As a responsible employer, we are committed to ethics, diversity, and inclusion.
