Helsing is a defence AI company. Our mission is to protect our democracies. We aim to achieve technological leadership, so that open societies can continue to make sovereign decisions and control their ethical standards.

The role

Join us in taking our operations at Helsing to new heights of excellence. As a Senior Manager Operations, you will be a catalyst for change, spearheading the development of our operations space from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape and redefine how we operate, driving strategic initiatives that leverage cutting-edge technology and innovative practices. In this role, you'll have the satisfaction of seeing your visionary plans materialize into sustainable, high-impact results. 

The day-to-day

• Pioneer the development of operational strategies. Helsing is an innovative company in a quickly changing sector, and we need colleagues with novel ideas and an appetite to build at scale 

• Lead and oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring a large group of stakeholders of different specialties align effectively against very tight timelines 

• Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders, communicating complex ideas effectively to ensure the right decisions are made 

• Create and monitor key performance indicators, using them to steer continuous improvement and maintain high standards of excellence 

• Mentor and develop junior team members, instilling a culture of innovation and striving for operational excellence 

• Create and manage comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clarity and accountability throughout the project lifecycle
