Hellowork, the French leader in connecting recruiters, trainers, and workers, is looking for a International Business Developer for its Business Unit jobijoba based in Bordeaux as part of its international development programme.

Already present in 14 countries, Jobijoba helps the job seeker everyday by facilitating its researches thanks to an advanced and precise search engine.

Our ambition is to accelerate development so as to become a leading player, particularly in the UK and German markets (100% growth in 2021!)

Reporting to Magali, the Team Leader, your primary mission will be to acquire new customers (80% of your time) and to manage your portfolio of about fifty customers (20% of your time).

Your daily working life will be conducted independently, with the following goals:

Acquire new customers through active prospecting, offering them our innovative, intuitive, and efficient digital solutions. Ensure follow-up of existing customers with regular appointments by video or phone. Be on the alert for changed expectations and market developments in order to propose adapted commercial offers. Monitor and support your customer portfolio by analyzing KPIs and proposing solutions to customers to best meet their needs. Be responsible for invoicing your customer portfolio to ensure the profitability of the business.


Profil recherché

You have 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a digital environment and/or new technologies. You are positive, you like to prospect, negotiate, convince and close, all in English! You are dynamic, ready to develop to invest in the development of new markets and, above all: you like to exceed the objectives set for you!
