Manage the closing process of 3 legal entities to deliver accounting on time.

Reviewing and monitoring of the monthly P&L of the scope

Providing the analysis required to establish a yearly budget and monitor its gap with the P&L

Highly collaborate in the preparation and analysis of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportings.

Build and monitor budgeting and financial reforecast processes and reporting.

Oversee and manage external auditors.

Plan and control changes and new processes have been implemented correctly.

Undertake core finance operations including ledger checks, balance sheet reporting.

Assist in generating ad hoc reports and overseeing transversal finance projects until completion.

Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of processes and controls, including implementation of best practices and automation initiatives.

Master’s degree with proven working experience in a finance team within investment fund or big group.  

Experience: 4 to 10 years.

Strong accounting knowledge with prior experience in auditing function would be recommended.

English is a must

Solid knowledge of financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel  and MS Power BI.

Strong integrity, with a high sense of independence and accountability.

Attention to detail & organisational skills, and able to meet deadlines efficiently.
