Main Responsibilities

• Use case development: independently identify, consolidate, develop, and present functional aspects. 

• Stakeholder management: engage and maintain regular contact across senior and technical gatekeepers. 

• Giving presentations: essential to have experience in developing a visual presentation and the oral confidence to dynamically deliver it via large team sessions. 

• Updating product documentation: technical expertise to quickly understand the mechanics of a tool and summarize in powerpoint for easier communication.

• Communication strategy: optimise channels and methods of communication to be more effective & efficient.

• Developing adoption KPIs and tracking progress: excel and dashboarding experience will be useful. 

• Adaptability and flexibility to absorb changing priorities and pivots to new objectives.

• Assisting with change management strategy: use understanding of barriers to adoption to develop long term plans. 

Education & Languages

• Master Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or Communication
• Fluent in English.
