As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring our agency’s continued success.

You will have the following responsibilties:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while consistently seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients and market gaps
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the agency
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  - Proven track record in business development and sales, ideally within the recruitment or staffing industry
  - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
