As an HR Advisor at Hardis Benelux - you will be responsible for enforcing HR policies and regulations. This position is still in its infancy so you can partly give your own interpretation. You will work independently in the Benelux and report to the HR Business Partner (HR BP) of Hardis Group in Grenoble, France.
You will be working for Hardis Reflex and Hardis OIL. These are the 2 organizations of Hardis in the Benelux. The division will be 50/50 by mutual agreement.
For Hardis Reflex, the basis, HR policies and regulations have been developed in recent years. Now your job is to anchor these elements in the Benelux organization in Utrecht. Some 30 employees now work there, and we are growing!
For the Hardis OIL organization you will do work that deals with integrating this organization into the Hardis culture and HR processes, this organization already exists for some time in the Netherlands and has recently joined the Hardis Group. Hardis OIL is based in Naarden and also has around 30 employees.
WHAT WILL YOU DO, AMONG OTHER THINGS:
1. Be first point of contact for HR matters in the Benelux, where you will be responsible for day-to-day HR matters.
2. Themanagement and Hardis Group advising on labor law issues and (future) legislative changes.
4. Make proposals regarding the development and adjustment of employment conditions regulations and the employee handbook.
5. Participate in HR projects identified in the Hardis Group HR Annual Plan.
6. Support both management teams in recruitment activities, through smooth coordination for optimal “candidate journeys”.
7. As part of Talent Acquisition, liaise with colleges and universities and develop creative recruitment activities.
8. Report HR KPIs to Hardis Group management and HR.
9. Given the new position, it will be up to you to further shape your role within Hardis Group's established HR frameworks.
You will report hierarchically to Hardis Group's HR Business Partner (HR BP).Functionally, you report to the Management Team of Hardis Reflex and to the management team of Hardis OIL. The working language in this position is mostly English.
THIS IS YOU:
1. Completed college education, preferably in HRM or Business Administration.
2. At least 5 years of relevant HR experience.
3. Good numerical skills and extensive experience with Excel.
4. Structured, pragmatic, proactive and hands-on mentality.
5. Excellent command of Dutch and English, both oral and written.
6. Independent working and strong self-starting ability
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
1. 32 contract hours per week (4 days).
2. Work location: Utrecht and Naarden with opportunities to work hybrid
3. Salary indication (gross): €3,900 - €4,400 (for a full-time employment of 40 hours).
4. Bonus opportunity up to a maximum of one month's salary per year

6. Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
7. 25 leave days (for full-time employment)
The position starts as temporary employment with a view to a permanent contract. Starting date in consultation.
