It develops a proprietary Product allowing brands to instantly gather the opinions of all their targets, distributing short questionnaires on websites and apps to 4.8 billion individuals worldwide. Awareness, advertising performance, brand experience, and more are thus automatically analysed by the platform so that its customers can make optimal decisions anytime.

Job description
We are opening a position of a Product Marketing Manager in our growing team ! You will be responsible for positioning Happydemics as the best tool to measure and optimize the performance of marketing investments.
As an expert of our product, our market and our clients, you will shape up the Happydemics story both internally and externally.
Your ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems will be critical to your success.
As a key member of the product team, you will be working closely with other teams such marketing, sales, customer success, … Your goal will be to make an impact in 3 main areas :
MARKET RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
- Develop an expertise in our product, our market, and clients ;
- Analyze market trends to help define the product positioning and competitive analysis ;
- Optimize buyer Personas, analyze clients and prospect’s feedback to provide input for product strategy and roadmap ;
GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY
- Evangelize Marketing, Sales, CSM, pre-sales teams and partners about our product features and their benefits ;
- Help customer-facing teams craft their messaging and objections handling : offer changes, features changes…
- Create content to articulate the products’ key benefits to our clients : blog articles, social media, product update newsletter,… ;
PRODUCT EXPERIENCE
- Enrich the overall user experience through various initiatives : Product tour, Demo videos, Helpcenter, … ;
- Automate nurturing workflows and communication sequences for our Personas ;
- Make sure that Happydemics speaks with one voice ;
- Set up new product led-growth strategies ;

Preferred experience
As the first PMM at Happydemics, we’re excepting a mature and pro-active profile :
- At least 3 years of related product marketing experience
- Capable of interacting closely with product, marketing and sales teams
- Who previously worked on a SaaS product
- Excellent writer and storyteller. you are skilled at crafting succinct, meticulous and impactful sales & marketing documents ;
- Who can drive, lead and be autonomous ;
- Fluent in French & English
Recruitment process
- Call with with our Head of Product (30-45min)
- Case study presentation to members of the product and marketing team (1h)
- Final interview with our CPO, CMO and one other partner (1h)
