Product at Nabla

The product team is a tight-knit group of builders, designers, and strategists. Together with engineering, we define and deliver high-impact tools that delight clinicians and solve their most pressing pain points.

  • Product Managers (PMs): Lead discovery, define vision, and work closely with engineering and design to prioritize and deliver the right features.

  • Product Designers: Craft seamless end-to-end experiences, iterating on real user feedback and maintaining a scalable internal design system.

Responsibilities

  • Fast-paced execution: thrive in a rapid-iteration environment, shipping high-quality work quickly, and keeping feedback loops tight between design and engineering.

  • Design leadership: partner with product managers to validate opportunities with customers, define requirements, prototype interactions, and translate insights into impactful designs. Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals. Apply a deep understanding of user experience principles to push the boundaries of what’s possible while maintaining usability.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and user-centric products. Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle and contribute to strategic decision-making at both the product and executive levels.

  • Ownership of our design system: structure, maintain, and evolve our internal design system, ensuring consistency and scalability in design practices.

Your DNA:

  • 5+ years of experience designing product experiences at a tech or product-driven company

  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric solutions, especially for complex workflows or data-heavy interfaces

  • Experience designing for both web and mobile, with a strong understanding of responsive behavior and platform constraints

  • Solid expertise in interaction design, visual hierarchy, and system thinking

  • Fluency in Figma and ability to quickly get up to speed on users’ needs in the healthcare ecosystem

  • Proven ability to communicate design decisions clearly, from concept to implementation, across multidisciplinary teams

  • A doer mindset — you’re ready to jump in, iterate fast, and ship

  • Strong collaboration skills: you’re humble, open to feedback, and thrive in a culture of trust and shared ownership

Interview process

  1. 30-minute call with the Hiring Manager

  2. 1-hour general design interview with two team members

  3. 1-hour portfolio review: walk us through your design process for 1 or 2 interesting problems you tackled

  4. Final round of interviews at our office, including:

  • A design critique

  • A design exercise

  • A discussion with an engineer

Where you’ll be based

This position is full-time and based in Paris.

Remote policy: 1-2 days a week (with some flexibility). Possibility of working remotely 1-2 weeks once a year.
