Haddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children's apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren…) across Europe.

Operational for 7 years, the company has experienced rapid growth and now has over 500 employees across Europe 🌍.

We distribute our products through both wholesale—working with major specialty and multi-brand retailers—and retail, via our concessions in department stores.

In practical terms, this means that if you’re buying children’s apparel (ages 0–7 for Nike, 0–16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store or online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product you’re holding has definitely passed through us 😊 — even if you bought it in an official Nike or Levi’s store!

To support our Sales team, we are looking for a Sales Manager on permanent contract in France.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the off-price business by nurturing relationships and increasing sales volume with existing key accounts.
  • Grow sales within existing relationships and identify new opportunities to generate additional revenue and profit.
  • Create and execute sales strategies and plans aimed at meeting financial targets and driving revenue growth within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Off-Price Merchandising Manager in the creation of product offers tailored to the needs of off-price accounts.
  • Present product offerings during meetings, negotiate commercial terms with buyer, and conduct field visits to support business development efforts.
  • Engage with buyers to align on product needs, forecasts, and opportunities.
  • Achieve sales goals through effective business management and client relationship-building.
  • Generate and monitor key reports to assess sales performance, track progress against targets, and inform future strategy.
  • Frequent travel is required for this role (Europe and US)

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, particularly with off-price accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Experience with report generation and performance analysis.
