Design Leadership: You lead the design process from discovery to delivery, crafting innovative solutions for complex challenges in a multi-product and multi-platform environment
Human-Centered Design: You develop intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling designs that prioritize user needs and align with business goals
User Research: You work together with UXR experts on identifying areas of improvements and validation of design solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods
Design Systems: You contribute to evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across all products and touchpoints
Collaboration: You partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, align on design goals, and deliver exceptional experiences
Prototyping: You create low- to high-fidelity wireframes & prototypes to communicate ideas effectively, iterate on solutions, and gather feedback
Mentorship: You actively support your peers by sharing knowledge, giving thoughtful feedback, and creating learning opportunities for others across the team
Advocacy: You advocate for design excellence, championing the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle
Working hand and hand with the Product manager and the Tech lead, your job is to attract and convince employees who can benefit from Wellpass that it’s actually an amazing corporate benefit and they should definitely subscribe to join us.
Example of problems you could have to solve:
define the best offering model to fit & launch a new international market
extend B2C offering to find new source of revenues or strengthen our competitive positioning
reshape the sign-up flow to make it more efficient, or easier to access
enable B2C payment (credits cards, Apple pay, Google pay) in a given country
To do so, you’ll be in charge of one of the major product flows: the sign-up.
In details, you’ll touch screens of the product such as:
the landing page where we present Wellpass concept & USP accross countries
the offer selection screens
account creation steps
subscription & payment
But also everything around membership management (upgrade/downgrade, churn, forgotten password and many more…)
As the company is growing fast & internationally, you will not only be tackling these challenges for France, but also for Germany, Austria, Belgium, UK and the US market.
You will join a cheerful and ambitious product & design team of ~20 people located in Paris, Munich and Berlin. At work, we’re passionate about our product and the challenges we want to tackle. We like to debate, challenge & structure to build the best possible solutions, whether it concerns a feature or a team process. We value trust, accountability, ownership and flexibility.
We travel 2-3 times a year for offsite sessions (in Germany or Spain or Italy…) where we define the next strategic steps for the team, as well as taking time to have fun together. You’ll often have the possibility to join the team for a sport session, an afterwork or any other planned activity.

Experience: You have at least 4 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI design, or a related field with experience in mentoring or leading other Product Designers as a plus
Expertise: You possess a strong portfolio showcasing experience in interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking across web, mobile and beyond platforms
Tools: You are proficient in design tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
Research Skills: You have hands-on experience conducting and applying insights from user research
Problem-Solving: You are a strategic thinker with a knack for solving complex design challenges and simplifying workflows
Collaboration: You excel in communication and interpersonal skills to influence and work with cross-functional teams
Education: You preferably hold a degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
Language Skills: You are fluent in French & English. German is a plus.
