Design Leadership: You lead the design process from discovery to delivery, crafting innovative solutions for complex challenges in a multi-product and multi-platform environment
Human-Centered Design: You develop intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling designs that prioritize user needs and align with business goals
User Research: You work together with UXR experts on identifying areas of improvements and validation of design solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods
Design Systems: You contribute to evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across all products and touchpoints
Collaboration: You partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, align on design goals, and deliver exceptional experiences
Prototyping: You create low- to high-fidelity wireframes & prototypes to communicate ideas effectively, iterate on solutions, and gather feedback
Mentorship: You actively support your peers by sharing knowledge, giving thoughtful feedback, and creating learning opportunities for others across the team

Experience: You have at least 4 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI design, or a related field with experience in mentoring or leading other Product Designers as a plus
Expertise: You possess a strong portfolio showcasing experience in interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking across web, mobile and beyond platforms
Tools: You are proficient in design tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
Research Skills: You have hands-on experience conducting and applying insights from user research
Problem-Solving: You are a strategic thinker with a knack for solving complex design challenges and simplifying workflows
Collaboration: You excel in communication and interpersonal skills to influence and work with cross-functional teams
Education: You preferably hold a degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
Language Skills: You are fluent in English

A first conversation with Lara (Talent Acquisition Partner) or The Manager to get to know you and answer your initial questions.
Whiteboard Session (1.5h)
With the Manager and the team : a case study based on real-life scenarios.
The goal is to explore how you think as a designer: problem framing, direction setting, and idea generation. No need for wireframes or final designs.
Portfolio or Case Study Interview (1h)
With The Designer, The Product Director, or a Product Manager — a deep dive into one of your past projects or a relevant topic, focusing on your process, decisions, and impact.
