Le poste

Descriptif du poste

The data intelligence team accompanies the main business divisions of Yves Rocher (marketing, product development, pricing etc.) in all their strategic projects, as well as international subsidiaries. A crucial part of our activity consists in analyzing customer data (transactions, website navigation, customer surveys etc.) with a view to improve the efficiency of our loyalty program and the match between our products and customer preferences.
Furthermore, the company is currently engaged in an ambitious digital transformation plan which includes switching from on premise databases to the cloud (Google Cloud Platform) and a complete revamping of customer journeys.

As a data scientist, you will contribute to the brand competitiveness on the following topics:

  • Scoring / classification of customers (clustering)
  • Analysis and prediction of the performance of new products and commercial offers (causal analysis, panel data models)
  • Personalization/optimization of customer experience (machine learning)

You will develop partnerships with business stakeholders through your ability to translate business objectives into straightforward and value-driven data science approaches, and your ability to communicate understandable, appropriate and compelling messages.

Finally, as a member of the central data team, you will assist data scientists from international subsidiaries in the migration to the new data platform (training, sharing of good practices, code reviews etc.) and collaborate with them on their strategic issues.
