THE POSITION

Our Business Unit for International Organizations is looking for its future International Account Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract.

Within our Account Management team, you will join a group of 10&#43; experienced colleagues based in Paris (hybrid). For the right candidate, Madrid may also be considered.

Working closely with the Head of Account Management, you will manage a portfolio of strategic international clients and contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of our BU.

If you join us, your main responsibilities will be:

Managing and developing a portfolio of major international clients (70%)

  • Acting as the main point of contact for 4-5 key accounts, supporting HR stakeholders in the management of their global Health, Life, and Death & Disability programs.
  • Coordinating internal experts (Operations, Medical, Network, IT) to address client needs and deliver high-quality service.
  • Performing technical contract analysis and formulating recommendations.
  • Advising clients and promoting new services to enhance their social protection offering.

Contributing to optimization and operational excellence (15%)

  • Identifying improvement opportunities in our processes and ways of working.
  • Participating in-or leading-projects aimed at optimizing the account management experience, internally and externally.

Supporting business development (15%)

  • Contributing to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and consulting missions.
  • Coordinating with insurers: preparing files, negotiating technical and pricing conditions.
  • Helping prepare high-quality technical and financial proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Ensuring operational teams are ready to manage newly acquired contracts.

Profil recherché

YOUR PROFILE

You hold a Master's degree and are fluent in English, with French being a strong advantage. You have at least five years of experience as an Account Manager or Consultant, ideally within the insurance or consulting industry. You demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, and you are recognized for your client-centric and solution-oriented mindset. Independent yet collaborative, you are comfortable managing priorities, leading projects, conducting negotiations, and working with technical insurance topics to provide high-quality, value-added advice.
