Our journey began in 2019 with Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud as our founders. Today we are a global leader in carbon accounting , we’re B-corp certified and a recognised member of the French Tech 120.

Our innovative climate suite combines smart data collection with advanced features, making it the most intuitive carbon accounting solution in the world. With Greenly, companies can precisely measure, actively reduce, and report on their progress. Additionally, our clients receive dedicated support from our climate experts throughout their journey.

Greenly supports over 3,500 companies across more than 20 countries to measure their carbon footprint (through carbon assessment and life cycle analyses), reduce their emissions (SBTi trajectory and action plan quantification), and comply with new regulations (CSRD, CBAM, ISSB).

We are a team of 270 people from 38 nationalities based in Paris, London, Barcelona and New York, which allows us to strengthen our international presence.

Today, our impact is measured in tons of carbon under management, with over 110 million tons of CO2 tracked through our platform. Our next milestone : serving 10,000 clients and managing one billion tons of CO2 to make carbon management as essential as financial management.

🌱 About the role 

Today, Greenly's website (available in 4 geographies FR/UK/US/DE) is our best marketing asset. Recently, we've operated few major changes on it that challenge its performance :
1.  A new design to attract bigger prospects;
2. The creation of new offers;
3. The launch of a media (Leaf) to replace our existing blog strategy. 

Our vision is to offer the best experience to our visitors (from both performance and content perspectives), maximise interactions with prospects and generate business opportunities from them.

As a Web & CRO intern/apprentice, your role will consist in helping Greenly’s marketing team to fullfill this vision. To do so, you’ll ensure the website stays attractive, up-to-date, business impactful and optimised for conversion. You’ll work closely with our Web Team Lead, developers, Design team, SEO team and Brand team to make the website the best entry point for business ever.

• Keeping the website up-to-date by closely working with Brand and Web team
• Analysing website data thanks to dedicated tools and elaborating specs to get the conversion rate higher. We expect you to identify key visitors journeys, bottlenecks, technical issues and define action plan to fix/improve them
• Launching A/B tests based on these analysis
• Leading web lead gen projects (lead magnet creation, web agent development...)
• Being proactive for UX/UI recommendations and how to increase user satisfaction
• Helping SEO and Design team in web-related tasks in collaboration with 2 dev agencies.

🌱 Skills and competencies to succeed

• You are currently enrolled in either a Digital Marketing program, an Engineering school or a Business school with a digital focus
• You are data-driven a have a clear understanding of A/B testing principles
• You have a strong interest in UX principles and conversion funnels
• Communication is a natural strength of yours and you enjoy cross-team collaboration
• You feel excited about a hands-on opportunity that will allow you to learn by doing and about fast-paced environments. 
• Accountability, adaptability, detail-orientedness and ambition are all part of your core values. 
• You can prove a very good level of English (C1)
