With Greenly, companies can precisely measure, actively reduce, and report on their progress. Additionally, our clients receive dedicated support from our climate experts throughout their journey.
Greenly supports over 3,000 companies across more than 20 countries to measure their carbon footprint (through carbon assessment and life cycle analyses), reduce their emissions (SBTi trajectory and action plan quantification), and comply with new regulations (CSRD, CBAM, ISSB).
We are a team of 270 people from 38 nationalities based in Paris, London, Barcelona and New York, which allows us to strengthen our international presence.
Today, our impact is measured in tons of carbon under management, with over 110 million tons of CO2 tracked through our platform. Our next milestone : serving 10,000 clients and managing one billion tons of CO2 to make carbon management as essential as financial management.

As we continue to grow and acquire more and bigger clients, our sales team moves forward in constant development. As part of our Sales team (including Business Development, Account Executives, Sales Operations and Sales Engineering), you would play a key role in helping us lead outbound strategy for the French market.
The SDR France team consists of 12 people - they are a very welcoming team, appreciative of collaboration, feedback, and constant growth. This role is about helping us guide 6 of our SDRs in the team, and we already have another Team Lead who is caring for the rest of them.
The objective is to have you participate in the recruitment, onboarding and coaching of the team and enable them to reach their targets. Our Global Head of Business Development, Tom Meijer, is highly skilled and an excellent coach. He would be the person guiding you through this role and helping you learn how to become the best Lead for your team.

Experience :
1. SaaS Sales experience (SDR/BDR/AE) - at least 3 years
Bilingual French/English (France team, very international context).
Adaptability in the way they handle their interlocutors, whether they are members of the team or prospects.
Driven by data: we cannot improve what we do not measure.
Structured and looking for the "hack" to break bad habits, in you or your team.
A true motivator to their team members, through your interactions & setting an example during prospecting sessions.
And above all, a strong motivation to :
