Greenly’s mission is to allow everyone to track his carbon footprint more simply, to take part in the fight against climate change. We add tech to carbon accounting to make it automatic for SMEs and individuals, by connecting to your finances. This lets you focus on what really matters: adopting more sustainable spending patterns and engaging your ecosystem to navigate the energy transition.

Within the Acquisition team, you will report to Laurent, our head of growth. You will be in charge of multiplying by 4 the performance & conversions of our Paid Ads across existing and new channels.

As a Paid Acquisition Manager at Greenly, you will :

  • Manage & optimize our performance campaigns across multiple paid channels (Facebook, Linkedin, Google Search, Display, Youtube, …).

  • Define and drive our paid acquisition strategy on our market and future markets.

  • Work closely with each to collect key information on the leads you generate and define innovative acquisition strategies to acquire new customers.

  • Collaborate with our Brand content manager to produce high quality advertising content.

  • Analyze performance and identify global insights - key wins, losses and opportunities - through regular performance analysis and clear dashboards, and take appropriate action.

Experience: You already have experience in a tech, role ideally gathered in a scale-up SaaS environment.
Problem solver: You have strong problem-solving skills. You obsess with coming up with the best possible solutions to fit our users’ needs.
Tech fluency: You are constantly curious to understand how things work. You are able to navigate in a technical environment.
Impact maker: You are motivated by the opportunity to improve the lives of customers.
Insight-driven: You have a desire for becoming an expert on a given topic, combining customer focus, analytics, and market insights.
Communication & collaboration skills: You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precisely articulating customer problems.
Project Manager: You know how to coordinate projects and bring them to life with strong attention to detail.
Languages: You have excellent English communication skills to engage with all team members within the company. French is a plus.
Education: You graduated from a business or engineering school (or equivalent).

A 60 min video-call with your future manager to create a strong alignment on what they’ll expect from you, and tell you more about their way to operate
A fully remote exercise to evaluate your hard skills and understand how you see the world
A final video-call with Alexis Normand, our CEO.
