Battery Project Manager (H/F)

Founded at the end of 2018 in Bordeaux, Gouach designs and produce 100% repairable and connected electric batteries, thus limiting electronic waste, which has become commonplace in the field of e-mobility. 🔋

The main concept of Gouach lithium-ion batteries is that they contain no soldering, glue, or wires, making them safely and easily repairable in less than 10 minutes, without specialized tools. Aside from that major aspect, their connectivity allows to continuously improve the sustainability and the longevity of the batteries. 🔧

You will report to Serge, our Head of Product & Process, and will be in close contact with the hardware team, as well as the Software team.

Missions 📝

• Understand and present the client’s needs and the project’s constraints (technical, commercial, planning) in a clear and exhaustive manner.
• Develop a solution that brings best compromises and satisfies the client.
• Implement the design, the functional and technical specifications, the integration tests in coordination with the Quality and Engineering departments.
• Search for the appropriate suppliers and participate in the realization of a prototype by iteration.
• Guarantee the supply and the production schedule with the Supply team.
• Follow the realization of pre-series and series, from certification to market launch.
• Define the organization of the after-sales with the Customer Experience team.
• Capitalize on projects to improve the following ones. (process and production tools)

• Professionnal experience in hardware Project Management
• Previous experience in customer relations
• Communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken French & English
• Rigor, autonomy and passion
• Skills in design and industrialization
• Notions in process management is a plus
• A first experience in the Lithium ion industry is highly appreciated
