Our product creates a unified customer profile by combining emails, live-chat, and social-media messages with e-commerce data such as purchase and delivery info. Combining all this data in a single application makes customer service more efficient and just better. Another fortunate side-effect is that some requests are completely automated using machine learning. 💬 + 📦 = ❤️

We've been around since 2015, and we're serving over 8000+ e-commerce businesses, including Steve Madden, Timbuk2, Decathlon, and Sports Illustrated.

Our revenue grew by 80% in 2021 after we raised $25 million Series B in December 2020. We doubled our global team and we accelerated our progress towards our mission to transform support from painful to exceptional for merchants. 🥳

What's making us different?

We've built out our own event-based marketing engine, monitoring 1M+ companies to detect their buying intent. This EBM process is akin to deploying an army of tiny crawling spy robots on 24-hour watch and at full alert to act on any signals sent from companies. 

This strategy allowing us to automate 90% of our lead generation by automatically create a fully personalized experience combining tailored outbound email campaigns, social ads, and website personalization.

Example signals include visiting the Gorgias website, installing a competitor’s technology, start a crowdfunding campaign, or publishing a new job post seeking a customer support manager.

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with strong technical skills - to join our team built by Guillaume "G" Cabane - and to lead our Outbound acquisition.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Outbound Manager to increase revenue coming from email campaigns
  • Work with the growth marketing team on cross-channel/ side projects that drives predictable pipeline activity
  • Build out new intent signals based on companies' behavior/data you've identified, that help us target the ones with specific needs, that our products can meet. (Recent fundraise, hiring growth, technology installed, etc.)
  • Create and optimize outbound campaigns that engage, nurture, and generate pipeline for sales by a/b test email copy and brainstorm new growth ideas
  • Constantly optimizing the sales pipeline built from your efforts to keep a 30% close rate
  • Build scripts, scrapers, leveraging the latest technology to create the best possible customer experience at all stages of the funnel
  • About You

  • At least 1/2 year of experience as a Growth Marketer, Demand Generation, Outbound Marketer in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Knowledge or strong interest in Python and/or web scrapping
  • Track record of building channels from scratch. There are typically 1-3 channels that really work for a company. We need someone who built that channel and scaled it to its limit.
  • Growth mindset: Revenue is your north start metric, you're focusing on driving new experiments and optimize the current ones to maintain fast growth.
  • Data-driven: You're able to build growth projects, analyze their results - by writing SQL queries.
