About this role : 

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/x) in Berlin, to help our German Commercial team engage on a Cross-Tribe Level (Voucher, Cashback, Community, Content) with our clients to build long-term partnerships, negotiate Cross-Tribe campaigns and long-term contracts. Adopting a consultative approach will be key to analysing data to grow your accounts in the German market accordingly.


  • Develop and negotiate long-term agreements with your clients.
  • Collaborate and build close cooperation with your retailers to understand their business goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance based on data analysis to optimize partner campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for solution expansions and new campaigns.
  • Represent and act as the face of the company in negotiations, events and conferences.
  • Educate partners on the use of the company's solutions and new features.
  • Regularly assess partner performance against goals and continuously monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Maintain open and regular communication with partners and address any challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Share updates on the progress and communicate planned commercial strategies for your dedicated account portfolio to your vertical lead.
  • Take charge of specific champion roles in the team to support the team

Your Profile : 

  • At least 2 years of experience in account management.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience in affiliate marketing is desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial long-term partnerships.
  • Extremely Organised, Adaptable, and used to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to manage your portfolio and the relationships built within it efficiently and effectively.
  • Forward-thinking, Open mindset and ability to build long-term strategies.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting data to extract insights for building compelling pitches and proposals.
