We are hiring a native (or perfectly fluent) English-speaking Sales & Customer Success Representative to manage inbound sales for both storage and moving services.
This is a revenue-generating role combining commercial performance and customer coordination.
You will report directly to the founder Matthieu.
Responsibilities
Convert inbound leads into signed storage contracts
Advise customers on both storage and moving solutions
Obtain and compare moving quotes from partner companies
Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth move-in execution
Liaise with site managers when required
Contribute to occupancy, revenue and customer satisfaction targets
Native English speaker (C2 level required)
French at B2 level minimum
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
Strong phone presence and structured communication
KPI-oriented and commercially driven
This role suits someone who enjoys closing deals and owning the full customer journey.
Working Conditions
2 days per week in our Paris office
Occasional presence at storage facilities (Yvelines)
Remote flexibility
No regular weekend work
Can be full time of part time
Package
34-36k€ fixed + 10-15k€ variable. So 45-50k€ OTE
