The position

Job description

We are hiring a native (or perfectly fluent) English-speaking Sales & Customer Success Representative to manage inbound sales for both storage and moving services.

This is a revenue-generating role combining commercial performance and customer coordination.

You will report directly to the founder Matthieu.

Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound leads into signed storage contracts

  • Advise customers on both storage and moving solutions

  • Obtain and compare moving quotes from partner companies

  • Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth move-in execution

  • Liaise with site managers when required

  • Contribute to occupancy, revenue and customer satisfaction targets


Preferred experience

  • Native English speaker (C2 level required)

  • French at B2 level minimum

  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles

  • Strong phone presence and structured communication

  • KPI-oriented and commercially driven

This role suits someone who enjoys closing deals and owning the full customer journey.

Working Conditions

  • 2 days per week in our Paris office

  • Occasional presence at storage facilities (Yvelines)

  • Remote flexibility

  • No regular weekend work

  • Can be full time of part time

Package

  • 34-36k€ fixed + 10-15k€ variable. So 45-50k€ OTE

  • 10€ ticket restaurant (50% payed for by the company)

  • Top notch mutuelle (Alan) + prévoyance + retraite complémentaire

  • 50% of your monthly or yearly Navigo pass paid for
