Your team🥇

You will be part of our New Business team (European market) and will focus on the UK market. The position is based in either Malmö, Copenhagen, or Stockholm. And we have offices in Malmö and Stockholm. You’ll get to collaborate with inspiring, competent and fun colleagues and shape the narrative of a company on the journey of changing the game in B2B sales. With your strategic thinking, innovative approach, and passion for humanizing the sales process - you’ll be at the forefront and play a vital part in our continued success.

What you will do 🤝

As an English speaking Senior Account Executive for the UK market, you will play a crucial role in GetAccept’s commitment to revolutionize the way B2B sales happen, by building a platform where all sales interactions happen in one place. As a senior professional, you’ll inspire your colleagues by championing GetAccept’s core values and fostering a positive team spirit, as well as establishing best practice standards within our sales organization as we are going up-market. You will:

  • Drive the full sales journey from prospecting to closing, building strong relationships and tailoring demos and proposals to each customer’s unique challenges.
  • Use targeted outreach, social selling, and the MEDDPICC framework to identify, qualify, and guide high-potential deals through complex buying processes with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution engineers, account managers, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless, customized solutions and achieve shared goals.
  • Maintain a healthy, self-sourced pipeline and accurate forecasting using HubSpot.
  • Achieve success through a consultative, value-driven sales style that focuses on long-term customer relationships and your personal growth.

Who are you? 🤗

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in new business sales, preferably within SaaS start-up/scale-up, with strong experience in self-sourcing pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic targeting.
  • You have an eagerness and drive to build something extraordinary! As we pioneer a new market category and strive for innovation within a commodity market, we’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic about tackling challenges and driving transformative growth at the same time.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred

  • Experience selling to UK mid/large markets, ideally in high-growth environments.
  • Familiar with digital sales tools and the MEDDPICC framework.
  • Additional European language skills.
