The Product Team

As part of the R&D team, the Product team participates in the product strategy and roadmap, product design and build, launch of new releases and improvement of sales and professional services enablement on new features.

Benefiting from a mature & strong product culture, joining this team is above all joining a leading software editor in the Supply Chain market, in constant evolution and growth. It’s an opportunity to have a real impact on the product & the business, because, like an entrepreneur, being a Product Manager at FuturMaster means strengthening your ownership and participating in the evolution of the product on the market.

Each Product Manager is part of a Scrum Team, made up of Product Managers, UX Designers, Developers and Testers, responsible for one or more modules of the solution.

Their role? Define improvements and innovation, guide the design of solutions by assessing their value, manage the product backlog and prioritize it within the scrum team. All in an agile context.

Finally, as FuturMaster is an international company, by joining the Product team you will also be working with the R&D department based in Beijing, China.

Your responsibilities as a Product Manager:

  • Based on the priorities set by the product strategy and in collaboration with customers, business experts and Ux designers: design, specify and evaluate the evolutions to be developed.

  • Daily manage the scrum team’s backlog, prioritizing the features to be developed into User Stories, based on grooming activities with the team.

  • Define acceptance criteria for User Stories and certify their correct implementation.

  • Define sprint objectives

  • Within the framework of the development plan, map what the team will deliver by quarterly increment and by release.

  • In collaboration with the Product Team, help synchronize the priorities of the various teams.

  • Monitor development progress, making backlog adjustments where necessary.

  • Participate in the go-to-market of releases by ensuring internal and external knowledge transfer on features developed by your scrum team, and by supporting the first projects using these features.

  • Be an expert in a particular area of the offer, and therefore the reference for that area

What FuturMaster has to offer:

  • The opportunity to join a fast-changing environment where complexity is always an opportunity to grow and do better

  • Join a diverse and international company: 25% of our team members are internationals and we have a 100 index gender score

  • Superb premises in Boulogne Billancourt. If running is your thing, then you will enjoy being near Saint Cloud 🌳. If you’re more of a music aficionado, all you have to do is cross the bridge to attend a concert at the Scène Musicale 🎵.

  • Join a close-knit Product & R&D team with a strong Product Culture, but also a company with an international reach

  • 2 remote days per week
