We are looking for a talented, ambitious, and passionate Senior Consultant to join our award-winning team in Paris. Our Digital & Insights practice sits within FTI’s global strategic communications division, and we are proud to work with some of the largest, best known and most innovative companies across the world. Our work with large corporate brands gives us an unrivalled opportunity to design, plan and implement world class digital corporate reputation management strategies, from data and analytics through to creative digital campaigning.
The role of the Senior Consultant is to support our busy client teams in all areas and support day-to-day management of client programs, requiring proactivity, a hands-on attitude and proven client handling and project delivery experience. We’re looking for someone with at least three years’ experience in a relevant digital communications role who’s looking to take the next step in their career, to be themselves at work and to contribute to our vibrant environment.
What You’ll Do
As a member of our growing Digital & Insights team, you’ll support the development and delivery of innovative digital strategies and programs for our clients across all sectors, and will be involved in all aspects of our clients’ digital communications programmes - from strategic planning, to content development, community activation, and measurement.
You will be offered the opportunity to take on a range of responsibilities: you’ll help advise and guide our clients through the ever-evolving digital comms landscape, from building content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Google and TikTok to activating crisis management programmes on Twitter and Facebook. A passion for digital communications is essential.
Key tasks will include:
Day-to-day support and program management on core clients across all sectors
New business support - providing creative ideas, insights, analysis, strategy and research to guide our winning proposals
Strategic advisory - developing long-term relationships with our top-tier clients, providing them with strategic advice around emerging digital opportunities and risks and day-to-day practical support
Culture - getting involved in team initiatives to actively build and contribute to our team culture, including insights, creativity and having fun at work
Creative campaign development and activation - contributing significantly to proposals in response to client briefs for projects and campaigns, devising social and digital campaign programs in line with strategy, objectives, and budget parameters
Content development - copywriting, designing of social media assets
Community activation - manage social media communities and engage with audiences
Paid campaigns - setup and management of paid social media advertising campaigns, plus costing and scoping of new projects
Reporting - delivering regular insights and recommendations that inform broader client communications
Measurement - exploring how digital success is measured and the performance of campaigns and content

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant digital communications role
Strong understanding and familiarity with digital and social media platforms, as well as experience managing and growing digital channels
A proven interest in digital communications, social media trends, emerging media platforms and tools, online reputation management, or creative campaigns
Strong written and verbal skills in French and English, with attention-to-detail
Confident communicator with excellent organisational and planning skills
Aptitude for problem-solving on behalf of clients
Demonstration of a high level of integrity and curiosity - asking the necessary questions to grow your experience
Team player and a self-starter
Experience with paid social media campaigns, SEO, and social listening tools is a plus
Experience in integrated communications campaigns or project management is also a plus
Travel to clients and FTI offices required when needed
