We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to join our team as the Director of EMEA Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. This role will guide and drive the design and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives throughout the EMEA region.

This role will report to the Vice President of Global Talent and Diversity with a dotted line to EMEA Region Leadership and will be focused on regional programs and initiatives dedicated to attracting and retaining diverse talent at FTI Consulting.

This role will also serve as a trusted advisor and key resource for region management on diversity and inclusion.

**What You’ll Do

**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the EMEA region.

  • Drive region diversity programs across countries in EMEA by providing direction and guidance to the Diversity Ambassador Network, Employee Resource Groups, Human Resources Teams, and various stakeholders across the region.

  • Seasoned diversity subject matter expert with a proactive approach, adept at fostering collaboration and wielding influence- demonstrated capacity to drive impactful change initiatives across multiple countries in the EMEA region.

  • Proficient in partnering with business to conceptualize initiatives and effectively implement and execute tailored solutions.

  • Develop strategies to address and reduce Gender Pay Gap across the region and various business segments, ensuring equitable compensation practices across all levels.

  • Oversee Trusted Advisors and Ignite mentorship programs in the EMEA region with specific goals and accountabilities to ensure diverse talent has the support, focused guidance, and tools they need to succeed at FTI Consulting.

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to design and implement Recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent both at the experienced and campus levels including identifying and building dynamic relationships with appropriate professional associations and universities along with diversity and inclusions conferences and programs.

  • Partner with the Talent Development team to develop and implement an inclusion learning and awareness strategy for all levels of employees across the EMEA region.

  • Serves as a trusted advisor to provides coaching and guidance to FTI Leaders on promoting diversity initiatives and leading diversity dialog across the firm.

  • Serve as subject matter expert and liaison to region HR and the business to develop strategic action to attract/develop/retain diverse talent by evaluating and presenting talent demographics, monitoring data trends, and developing diversity initiatives.

  • Partner with employees, directors, and other stakeholders as a thought leader and trusted advisor.

  • Analyze data and metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of diversity and inclusion initiatives. Report out on progress during Quarterly Business Review sessions.

  • Partner with the Communications Team to regularly communicate internal and external diversity and inclusion initiatives, events and progress.

  • Identify, build, and sustain community partnerships to support corporate diversity and inclusion projects/plans/initiatives and business strategies.

Profil recherché

•        8+ years of prior training and/or related human resource experience with relevant experience in diversity, equity and inclusion. 

•        Proven, progressive experience and demonstrated effectiveness leading diversity and inclusion related initiatives and programs. 

•        Proven track record of project management and ability to drive programs that support the organization’s workforce diversity, inclusiveness, and retention opportunities. 

•        Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy. 

•        Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint. 

•        Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and interface effectively with all levels of the organization and externally. 

•        Proven track record of coaching leaders at all levels. 

•        Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in facilitation/presentation. 

•        Strategic thinking.

•        Passion for driving change.
