The Global New Business subdivision (FCN)leads and manages the development of new markets and strategic opportunities and manages the related first of a kind sale of the Fuel BU for this scope in Europe and the Middle East (except CERCA and Zirconium industrial sales), as part of the FC division and in coordination with other entities in the fuel and the Framatome Commercial Excellence sales organization. Within New Business we are looking for a New Business Manager to identify and set up new business ventures in Europe and Latin America
Main Mission
Lead New business development activities in Europe and Latin America as part of the New Global New Business subdivision: As such, identify new markets, services business, new projects; manage commercial and/or partnership opportunities in their early phases through first of a kind sale by:
Developing New Business, creating value for customer and Fuel BU, and pursue these until first of a kind sale.
Develop Joint Venture's, IP licensing agreements, shareholder agreements and other related functions necessary for new business ventures.
Identify, analyze and understand the key problems and needs on strategic market areas and key accounts.
Elaboration of market entry and commercial strategy on these markets for the short and long term in line with FL BU and Framatome Corporate strategy, including through the establishment of strategic partnerships or subsidiaries where relevant.
Assess the markets, identify customer needs and track market opportunities.
Negotiate and close major agreements.
Contribute to the preparation of New Business strategy and plan.
Help develop and update long term strategies for New Business Europe.
Proven track record (over 10 years) in business development and sales in Europe on complex large scale business in the energy sector and preferably in the nuclear sector. Nuclear Fuel experience preferred.
Masters-Degree in engineering or natural sciences. An MBA is a plus.
Proven leaderships skills.
Proven Negotiation skills and clear track record in business development.
Deep knowledge in the nuclear sector.
Well-developed industrial network.
Language skills. French and English fluent and at least one other European language.
