Descriptif du poste

Trained and coached by the CEO of Flynt, Thibault Desplats (co-founder and former VP Sales of Skello), you will work throughout the entire sales cycle (from prospecting to closing). Your objective will be to offer the Flynt solution to new SMB restaurateurs (from 2 to 20 restaurants) And Key Account (+20 restaurants) on the UK Market 🇬🇧

For several months, Flynt has launched on the UK market 🇬🇧:

  • First customers and points of sale

  • Swami, our first UK Sales joined us in September (based in Paris)

  • SMB and Key account market

Here are your main missions:

40% : identification of business oppotunities

  • Implement Flynt’s B2B customer acquisition strategies by selecting the most appropriate means to obtain appointments

  • Cold call, reminders

  • Ensure regular monitoring to identify new commercial opportunities

30% : meeting with prospects / demo and negotiation via video

  • Gather the elements necessary for the smooth running of the prospect meeting, understanding needs

  • Present Flynt in relation to the prospect’s needs through a demo (45min/1h)

  • Propose a training slot and/or apply follow-up strategies to obtain the prospect’s commitment

15% : onboarding / set-up on the tool

  • Onboard the client: configuration, installation on Flynt and transpose the information from the platforms onto the tool

  • Give recommendations to the client to aim for the best possible performance and explain the future handover with the CSM team

15% : 1:1, participation in the improvement of Sales processes at Flynt

Tools: Salesforce, Aircall, Kaspr, Modjo, Slack, Notion

Our offer

  • Start date: flexible!

  • Full-time permanent contract

  • 2 days of teleworking per week - office Paris 2

  • €10 on Swile per day worked (50% covered by Flynt)

  • 50% support for the Navigo pass

  • Package: fixed + variable uncapped + BSPCE

Profil recherché

  • You are native English OR bilingual English

  • You also have a correct level (writing/speaking) in French

  • You have experience / project in Food / FoodTech

  • It’s a plus if you have already worked on the UK market (or International experience is appreciated, opening a market

  • You know how to take initiatives, you are curious and proactive

  • You have an intrapreneurial spirit

DĂ©roulement des entretiens

  • 1st “discovery” interview: 30 min with Cyril, Sales Ops, to present the company, the position in more detail and understand your aspirations.

  • 2nd “technical” interview: 45 min in our premises with Thibault, CEO to dig into your achievements and your learning wishes in more detail. This interview will also be an opportunity to do a “role play” on a Sales simulation.

  • 3rd “culture and fit” interview: 45 min / 1 hour in our premises, with Thibault, CEO, then part of the team to present our environment to you and measure your ability to thrive there. This will also be an opportunity to answer your last questions.
