Descriptif du poste

As a Customer Success Assistant, you will support our clients in making the most out of Favikon. You’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, ensuring users understand our product, find value in it, and remain engaged.

Your Missions

  • Support onboarding of new customers and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.

  • Assist in responding to customer queries and provide clear guidance.

  • Monitor customer usage to identify opportunities for engagement or upselling.

  • Collect feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.

  • Help create customer resources: guides, FAQs, tutorials.

  • Contribute to building long-term relationships with our clients.


Profil recherché

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Interest in social media, influencers, and the creator economy.

  • Organized and proactive, with a customer-first mindset.

  • Fluent in English (Spanish and French is a plus).

  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or marketing is a bonus.

Compensation: Up to 1500/Month + bonuses depending on experience


Déroulement des entretiens

  1. Introductory Call – Quick discussion with our team to learn more about you and your motivation.

  2. Business Case (b-CASE) – A short practical exercise to evaluate your approach to customer success situations.

  3. Final Interview – In-depth conversation with the team to confirm skills, fit, and expectations.
