As a Customer Success Assistant, you will support our clients in making the most out of Favikon. You’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, ensuring users understand our product, find value in it, and remain engaged.
Support onboarding of new customers and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
Assist in responding to customer queries and provide clear guidance.
Monitor customer usage to identify opportunities for engagement or upselling.
Collect feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.
Help create customer resources: guides, FAQs, tutorials.
Contribute to building long-term relationships with our clients.
Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
Interest in social media, influencers, and the creator economy.
Organized and proactive, with a customer-first mindset.
Fluent in English (Spanish and French is a plus).
Previous experience in customer service, account management, or marketing is a bonus.
Hands-on experience in customer success in a SaaS startup.
Direct exposure to the fast-growing creator economy market.
