Your role

Reporting to the Expansion Manager, you will spearhead our efforts to expand our footprint in the advanced recycled materials market across the United States. This position is key to driving sales growth, securing new partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within strategic sectors such as sporting goods, automotive components, electronics, and energy. Your role is pivotal in navigating the competitive landscape, identifying new opportunities, and successfully closing deals to increase market share and sales revenue.

1. Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow Fairmat's customer base and enhance market penetration in the US.
  • Engage with industry leaders and participate in major trade shows to forge connections and discover new opportunities.
  • 2. Closing Deals:

  • Secure 5 to 10 significant contracts annually, involving negotiation and understanding of complex customer needs.
  • Oversee deals from initiation to closure, ensuring competitive terms and smooth production processes.
  • 3. Account Management

  • Manage and grow existing accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts to meet budget targets and support Fairmat’s financial objectives.
  • Your Profile

    - Degree in Business, Engineering, or International Business.

    - Demonstrated expertise in B2B business development, specializing in complex, high-stakes deals, preferably within the industrial, sporting goods, or mobility sectors.

    - Exceptional communication skills, with a proficiency in English essential for engaging effectively in the global market.

    - An inquisitive nature and unwavering motivation, with a real interest in Fairmat's target markets and a passion for driving sustainable solutions in the advanced materials sector.

    - Experience working with Hubspot, Google suite, Slack
