Why we need you

As we continue to scale, we’re growing our number of product teams to meet the rising demand and ensure our solution evolves with the needs of our users. We’re therefore looking for 1 product manager to come complement our existing team of 3 PMs.

We need you to help us navigate the complexities of scaling our product in a fast-growing environment. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities for innovation and ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.

Additionally, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience by continuously refining our product based on user feedback.

What you’ll do

Co-own the product roadmap: with the rest of the PM team, define and prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt to ensure our product remains ahead of the curve in addressing the unique challenges of the manufacturing sector.

Build consensus: Drive and foster alignment around product solutions within (and outside of) your product team, facilitating the balance technical constraints with business goals and customer needs.

• Collaborate across departments: Beyond your product team, work closely with sales, and customer success to translate user and customer insights into actionable improvements as well as to close the feedback loop.

• Dive deep into customer insights: Constantly engage with users to understand their pain points and workflows, ensuring that we’re building the right tools for them.

• Be a champion for design and usability: You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience, ensuring our product is not just functional but intuitive and delightful to use.

• Define and measure success: define outcomes and metrics for product initiatives, continuously monitor their performance, and iterate to ensure continuous improvement.

Profil recherché

  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable running analytics and A/B tests to inform decisions.

  • Cross-functional leadership: you align design, engineering, sales and marketing, influencing without direct authority.

Déroulement des entretiens

  • First round: A 30-minutes screening call

  • Second round: WHO interview

  • Third round : Business case

  • Fourth round: A 30-minutes interview with Yacine (CPTO)

  • Fifth round: A meeting with Octave, co-founder.
