We are looking for our Lead Growth Italy to join the Fabriq team!
After several months of testing, the Italian market is indeed a strategic market for us and shows good signs of traction.
Your position will be strategic for the company, and you will be in charge of reaching Fabriq’s commercial objectives by developing your customer portfolio!
🎭 Your role? Winning new customers and the Italian market!
For this, you will be able to rely on the structure set up in France and adapt it to the Italian market.

🚀 Main tasks:
Kick-stat the expansion of Fabriq in Italy via all possible growth channels (prospection, sales expansion, partnerships, marketing & comm., events etc.) with the help of our co-founder.
Generate leads and opportunities across market verticals where Fabriq has already has clients (Aerospace, Food & Beverage, Luxury, Logistics, Machinery etc.)
Convince your interlocutors of the added value of the Fabriq solution: perform practical demonstrations of the solution, demonstrate the high added value and potential ROI of Fabriq, negotiate and create a genuine relationship.
Manage all commercial negotiations: build your commercial offers from our pricing grid, manage contractual negotiations and make them evolve with your customers.
You will also be responsible for the development of a “pilot phase” and the roll-out of the solution to your client with the help of fabriq Onboarding & CSM team

🚀 ++ : All profiles are likely to interest us, but of course, if you match the following criteria, you have a head start:
You have a degree from a Business School or equivalent training.
You have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience (on complex B2B sales cycles, and more specifically on the sale of SaaS solutions).
You have an entrepreneurial mindset: you like to explore new ideas to challenge and improve your ways of doing things.
You can quickly understand the operational issues of production sites (lean manufacturing). Experience in the industrial sector is a plus but not a prerequisite.

First round: A first 30-minute exchange with Clémence, our talent acquisition.
Second round: An interview with François, co-founder.
Third round: An interview with Octave, co-founder.
Fourth round: A role-play with François and Octave.
