Your role in this project:

Aspart of the development of our Quality Assurance department, we are looking for a Quality Project Manager M/F.

On a day-to-day basis?

As a Quality Project Manager M/F, you are responsible for quality, safety coordination, compliance with schedules and gross business margin.

You rely on your business expertise and aspire to gain responsibility. Your main missions are:

At the managerial level:

• You will provide hierarchical supervision (technical, work organization, absence and leave management, day-to-day management) of the employees working in your area for whom you are responsible
• You will conduct the annual appraisal and objective reviews and participate in the development of the training plan for the employees who report to you
• You are the relay in terms of health and safety for operational employees
• You will define the needs in terms of training/information, material resources, skills/accreditations and participate in the improvement of operating procedures in terms of health and safety
• You ensure that subcontractors comply with health and safety requirements

On a strategic and commercial level:

• In conjunction with the sales representative in charge of the account and the project manager, you will contribute to the development of the customer's business (detection of commercial opportunities, validation of technical proposals and amendments, etc.)
• You ensure the development of your scope and propose corrective actions if necessary
• You regularly provide your manager, the project manager and the management department with quantitative elements of business follow-up
• You participate in recruitment by developing job descriptions and conducting technical interviews with potential candidates

Who are you?

Ideally with a Bac+5 degree in aeronautics with a specialization in quality. You have real experience in team management with a minimum of 3 years in the field.

What are your qualities?

Autonomous, rigorous, you have an excellent analytical and synthesis mind, good writing skills and you like to work in a team.

You demonstrate natural leadership skills to manage a team. You know how to unite your teams, you have good interpersonal skills, a strong ability to adapt and have a taste for the field.

Your skills?

You have a good level of English and strong adaptability.

Knowledge of the FAL production environment would be a plus for taking up the position.
