Role Profile
This role sits within the MTS Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for the management of MTS relationships with a target list of Sell Side Dealers. The candidate will work along other Key Account Managers for all aspects of the MTS relationship across all MTS platforms including but not limited to: MTS D2D Markets, BondVision Cash and Repo, Swaps, Data, and the continued compliance with MiFIR / MiFID II regulation. The candidate must be a confident communicator, dynamic, organized, able to take direction well, and have good analytical skills. Prior experience in Fixed Income markets is essential.
Key responsibilities
The candidate is responsible for managing and developing commercially the relationship with clients across trading, ecommerce, business managers, Sales and, in coordination with Senior Sell Side KAM (Key Account Manager), the bank's management.
Maintain and grow market share across markets.
Oversee and promote characteristics and innovation on MTS overall product offering
Provide reporting and data analysis to clients. Training will be provided on the relevant tools.
Chair account reviews/updates.

* Self-motivated, pro-active sales professional, able to work independently and as part of a team to build and manage their own franchise
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with presenting demos with prospective clients, following training.
* Team player, willing to collaborate and work with others to launch new initiatives and/or contribute constructive ideas, feedback on existing products
* Strong analytical skills are required, it is essential that the candidate is highly proficient in Excel and comfortable handling complex data. Power Bi or equivalent would be a plus.
* Assist on projects and see them through to closure alongside the team, gather structured and well-organized feedback in order to aid the project and prioritise accordingly.
* Regularly tracks client activity in order to ensure they are fully aware of their pipeline and regional performance vs budget at all times.
* Utilises all available resources and toolsets to investigate and solve problems
* Has the sustained drive and energy to deliver support service to time and quality
