This role sits at the intersection of product development, commercial performance, and market intelligence.
About Euronext's ETF business
Join a dynamic and multicultural team located in Paris, Milan and London, to shape and implement Euronext "ETF Europe", a strategic pan-European initiative designed to unify all Euronext ETF markets into a to achieve one single consolidated order book for each ETF. This strategic project aims to streamline ETF trading across Europe, enhancing market efficiency, simplifying distribution and improving transparency for all participants.

Enhance ETF market quality and trading experience on Euronext.
Manage market making programs and trading fee structures.
Conduct order book analysis and liquidity research.
Build strong relationships with key trading participants: global banks, retail brokers, market makers, and proprietary trading firms.
Drive business development projects to expand ETF offerings and implement innovative trading solutions.
Your key responsibilities:
Business Monitoring, Market Analysis & Commercial Drive
The business analyst will strengthen the commercial performance of the ETF franchise by building insights, monitoring activity against targets, and driving accountability across teams (business development, product owners, sales people). A successful business analyst will:
Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track pipeline, revenues, adoption, and product performance.
Analyse ETF flows, liquidity and market structure trends to generate actionable insights.
Monitor competitive and regulatory developments and translate them into recommendations.
Track performance versus targets across Sales, Product and Business Development, identifying risks and driving corrective actions.
Support financial and strategic analysis and prepare clear business reviews and leadership reporting.
Project Management & Product Support
The business analyst will drive the successful delivery of ETF market structure initiatives by ensuring execution of product development and enhancement projects. A successful business analyst will:
Drive end‑to‑end delivery of ETF market structure initiatives, ensuring timely, high‑quality execution.
Structure and manage project governance, communication, and cross‑team coordination.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for Technology.
Prioritise features with the Product Owner and IT, validating readiness and business value.
Monitor delivery outcomes, escalate risks, and secure smooth, client‑centric product releases.
This is a hands‑on position with frequent interactions with product, sales, technology, operations, and compliance teams as well as frequent exposure to leadership.
Your profile:
Ideally 1-3 years in a top strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or in a demanding business analysis or strategy position in a trading or market infrastructure business.
Demonstrable experience managing multi‑stakeholder initiatives from design to delivery.
Pro-active can-do mindset, eager for the intensity and challenges of a business that drives complex transformations across multiple aspects of a fast-growing ETF market.
Proven experience -or a genuine interest in- ETF markets and market structure (primary/secondary markets, liquidity, market making, creation/redemption of ETF shares, spread dynamics, trading protocols).
Proven track record of building dashboards and delivering data‑driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Language: Fluent English; French or Italian is a strong plus.
