The mission of the Customer Success Representative is to deliver a very high-quality service to customers and prospects by identifying, meeting and exceeding their expectations at each interaction.
Your main missions will be:
Provide exceptional customer service and support through email, phone and chat,
Respond to level 1 technical questions from B2B and B2C (access and registration, use of products and online tools…),
Troubleshoot candidate issues with proctoring and testing platforms,
Identify and escalate problem and technical issue to the appropriate team,
Share customer feedback to drive product improvement.
