Main duties

The mission of the Customer Success Representative is to deliver a very high-quality service to customers and prospects by identifying, meeting and exceeding their expectations at each interaction.

Your main missions will be:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through email, phone and chat,

  • Respond to level 1 technical questions from B2B and B2C (access and registration, use of products and online tools…),

  • Troubleshoot candidate issues with proctoring and testing platforms,

  • Identify and escalate problem and technical issue to the appropriate team,

  • Share customer feedback to drive product improvement.

  • Computer skills / troubleshooting skills,

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team spirit,

  • Strong and rapid learning capacity,

  • Flexibility, responsiveness, and ability to adapt their work according to peaks of activity,

  • Ability to manage priorities,

  • comfortable working on new tools,

  • Previous experience in customer success is a plus.

Languages required

  • Fluent French and professional English, both written and oral (TOEIC C1).

The candidate must be based in Amsterdam.
