Job description :
As a Events & Lead Generation Marketing Executive, you will take the lead in planning and executing impactful events and managing EthiFinance’s campaigns marketing strategy using Salesforce.
You will play a key role in elevating our brand, engaging stakeholders, and supporting our mission to drive sustainability and financial excellence.
Responsabilities :
1. Events & Capaigns Marketing Management
Design, plan, and execute both in-person and virtual events that align with EthiFinance’s values and strategic objectives.
Handle all event logistics, from concept development to post-event analysis, ensuring exceptional quality and attendee experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to align event content and messaging with EthiFinance’s overall goals.
Innovate with new event formats and technologies to enhance engagement and impact.
Work closely with the design and digital teams to create engaging promotional materials and visuals.
Own the setup of campaigns within Salesforce (ongoing implementation) – scoring, ranking & reporting.
Work closely with the sales team to plan and execute outreach campaigns via Salesforce.
2. Community Management
Co-supervise the work of the Community Manager and contribute to the Community Management (LinkedIn) strategy and editorial plan
Build and nurture EthiFinance’s online presence, particularly on LinkedIn, by creating tactics in collaboration with the Product Marketing and Community Management team, to grow our professional community and foster meaningful interactions.
Monitor metrics, market trends and feedback within the community to inform future initiatives and stay updated on best practices.
Develop and manage the editorial calendar with the Product Marketing.
Coordinate internal teams with the Product Marketing to ensure consistency and quality in published content.
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor KPI’s and performance of events and community engagement.
Analyze data to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and insights for stakeholders.

Experience
Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field (3-4 years minimum).
Proven experience in event management and digital community engagement, ideally in a B2B financial services environment.
Experience in lead generation.
Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for community building and content promotion.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & French, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Creative, detail-oriented and energetic growth oriented mindset, proactive in identifying new opportunities.
High ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Tools knowledge: Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Monday, LinkedIn Stats, Canva etc.
