Amélie is a Finance Systems Manager at Equativ, where she drives efficiency and scalability across Financial and HR processes through innovative technical solutions. Over nearly six years at Equativ, she has advanced from Finance Analyst to FP&A Manager before taking on her current systems-focused role. Based in Paris, Amélie leverages her expertise in financial planning and analysis to optimize processes such as budget planning, workforce management, and compensation review, enhancing operational agility within Equativ’s fast-growing adtech environment.

Amal is a France-based Product Manager for Addressability at Equativ, where she has been leading innovative solutions for the company’s privacy-compliant advertising initiatives since November 2022. Operating in a remote-first environment, Amal plays a critical role in driving product vision, development, and data strategy to help Equativ adapt to evolving digital advertising regulations and user identity frameworks.

Fabio has been with Equativ for over 14 years and currently serves as the Director of Tech Ops, overseeing a team of Solution Architects across the Americas. He is based in New York and, since 2015, he has driven technical leadership, presales and solutions engineering, RFP management, client post-sales support, product roadmap development,  IAB engagements on new industry standards, and client revenue optimization initiatives, contributing to considerable revenue growth. He has also implemented global onboarding frameworks and stacked hundreds of ad tech trainings, supporting the growth of our US operations from the launch of our NYC office as a small team to over 100 people today.

Aurelien is a seasoned customer support professional bringing years of experience in ad tech and product support to Equativ. Based in Paris, he plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless client experience by managing complex technical incidents and providing top-tier customer service.

Bastien is a Growth Marketing Manager at Equativ, where he leads digital acquisition and brand growth initiatives across global markets. With more than five years at Equativ, he has been instrumental in driving lead generation, optimizing marketing automation, and enhancing the company’s online visibility through data-driven strategies. Drawing on experience from his previous role at SensioLabs, Bastien combines a strong technical foundation with creative marketing execution to support Equativ’s position as a leading independent adtech platform. Based in Paris, he focuses on delivering impactful campaigns that accelerate growth and strengthen Equativ’s global presence.

Vaniala is a Key Account Manager who manages strategic client relationships and drives impactful digital initiatives for major retail partners. With a background spanning retail media, operations, and digital project management, she brings experience from organizations such as moka care and Criteo. Based in Paris, Vaniala combines strategic insight and creative execution to deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer engagement and brand performance.

Drawing on his experience of more than 15 years, first in investment banking (Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas) then as financial director and member of the board of directors of technology companies (Coheris Group, Orsyp Software), Arnaud joined Equativ in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer before being appointed CEO in 2018. His global vision of the digital advertising industry and his understanding of the challenges for all players in the sector have enabled him to set up strategic projects and drive the international growth of the independent adtech platform, in a context where the ecosystem faces many challenges (privacy, dominant position of GAFAs, etc.). Arnaud graduated from ESSEC Business School class of 1999.

Karina is a Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Equativ, bringing expertise built over a decade of experience in sales training and enablement. Joining Equativ through our merger with Sharethrough, she has been instrumental in developing strategies that empower Equativ’s sales teams to excel in a rapidly evolving programmatic advertising landscape. Based in New York, her focus includes optimizing training programs, streamlining sales processes, and enhancing sales presentations for maximum impact.

Faustine works in Product Ops, where she contributes to the development and expansion of the company’s data marketplace and backend platforms. With experience spanning digital strategy and product operations, she plays a key role in translating business needs into innovative technical solutions that strengthen Equativ’s programmatic ecosystem. Before joining Equativ, Faustine worked as an Account Strategist at Orixa Media, where she developed expertise in digital performance and client strategy. Based in Paris, she focuses on optimizing product delivery and fostering collaboration across teams to enhance Equativ’s technology and user experience.

Based in Paris, Antoine is a skilled data engineering leader with a strong background in big data solutions and analytics. Before embarking on his current role, Antoine previously held the role of Senior Analytics Data Engineer where he designed data warehouses, developed real-time dashboarding solutions, and implemented reverse ETL pipelines to meet complex reporting needs.  As the Team Lead Data Engineering at Equativ, he oversees the development and optimization of large-scale data platforms to support Equativ’s product and performance needs.
