As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future clients – from office managers to property developers and financial advisors. You’ll qualify leads, book meetings for our Account Executives, and play a vital role in building a healthy sales pipeline.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Identify pain points and match them with Enky’s tailored solutions
Book discovery calls and demos for our Sales team
Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to optimize outreach messaging
Attend team meetings to share learnings and improve processes
Fluent in French and professional English
1+ year of experience in a lead generation, SDR, or BDR role (ideally B2B)
Confident communicator – written and verbal
Organized and curious – you ask the right questions and follow through
Autonomous, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: experience in furniture, real estate, interior design, or proptech
