As Head of Hospitality & Home Solutions, you’ll own and lead a newly created Business Unit dedicated to furnishing hotels, home offices, and potentially office spaces. Reporting to Shari, you’ll define the vision, build the offer, drive go-to-market strategy, and collaborate across teams. From boutique hotels to global hospitality brands, you’ll help us shape the future of spaces.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own & Scale the BU: Act as the founder of the Hospitality BU – from strategy to execution.

  • Market strategy: Build a compelling, competitive go-to-market plan.

  • Sector expertise: Identify needs, trends, and gaps in the hospitality, home office, and office markets.

  • Tools & Processes: Ensure sales teams have the right tools, docs, and data to succeed.

  • Transversal collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, sourcing, tech, and ops.

  • Product & Tech evaluation: Ensure our solutions meet the operational and aesthetic standards of clients.

  • Growth & Vision: Contribute to the larger company vision and roadmap alongside leadership.

  • Customer profiles: Serve diverse segments – from boutique hotels and Airbnb hosts to large chains.

  • Partnerships & Events: Build industry partnerships and attend key fairs & salons.


Profil recherché

  • Hospitality background – Deep experience in hospitality, real estate, or furnishing for hotels.

  • Strategic thinker – Can define high-level strategy and roll up sleeves to execute.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit – Start-up mindset with experience building from scratch.

  • Multilingual – English is essential. Other languages are a big plus.

  • Location – Ideally London-based or UK-based, with travel as needed.

  • Cross-Functional player – Comfortable working with tech, marketing, sales, sourcing, and ops.

  • 360° skills – Marketing, sales, product, and operational fluency.

  • Architectural/Design sensibility – Bonus if you’ve worked in food, concept stores, or interior design.
