Who are they?
Née en 2021, de l’envie de rendre les villes moins polluées et moins bruyantes, Electra participe à basculer les usages vers la mobilité électrique en s’attaquant au frein principal qu’est la recharge.
Electra innove constamment pour faciliter la recharge des véhicules électriques avec un réseau de hubs de recharge rapide (15 à 30 minutes maximum) et une expérience utilisateur simplifiée à son maximum.
Basées à Paris, Lyon, Bruxelles et Milan, les équipes d’Electra ont pour objectif de déployer un réseau de 8 000 points de charge rapide d’ici 2030; fières de participer à la transition énergétique en France et en Europe.

Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and less noisy, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main obstacle of recharging.
Electra is constantly innovating to facilitate the recharging of electric vehicles with a network of fast recharging hubs (15 to 30 minutes maximum) and a user experience simplified to the maximum.
Based in Paris, Lyon, Brussels and Milan, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 8,000 charging points by 2030; proud to participate in the energy transition in France and Europe. For cities without noise and pollution!
In 18 months we have :
- Provided more than 80 charging points
- Opened several offices in France and Europe

Yours Missions : 💼
In 2022, Electra BeLux and Electra Italy were created and are live today. Electra BeLux’ ambition is to open 250 stations in the next 2 years.
As Business Developer BeLux your challenge consists in creating partnership with hotels, restaurants, malls, cinemas, and all car park operators, offering them multiple and attractive services. As BD: your main challenge is to open as many doors as possible in order to help Business Developers converting as many deals as possible. You are the face of Electra because you are the first person meeting our potential client.
Your missions will be :
Choosing where to locate the future stations of the Electra network
Convincing your prospects to trust Electra to install an ultra-fast charging station on their land
Finding out the future areas where Electra will set up its stations! This is a key mission for the rapid development of Electra in BeLux.
Filtering the relevance of areas with several tools: road traffic data, population density mapping, landowner databases, etc.
Contacting brand managers (multichannel approach), qualifying them and scheduling meetings that you will attend with business developers
Using the CRM in order to industrialize your approach (gaining in speed & efficiency)
Your Profile 😎
You have 5+ years experiences of BD or equivalent in a challenging environment.
You have analytical skills (being able to rationalize your filtering approach of good vs bad locations).
You are autonomous and organized with a real team spirit to help find the best sites for Electra. And you are comfortable making contact with new people quickly and you know how to bounce back from objections.
You are determined and result driven (never take no for an answer). And you are eager to learn to evolve within a fast-growing start-up
You speak Dutch, French, and English fluently.
You are sensitive to current energy and environmental issues.
You are motivated to join a start-up company in full construction.
