We are learning experts specialized in delivering immersive programs focused on the most critical business skills. Since we started, we’ve partnered with over 2500 companies, equipping them with the skills they need now and in the future.
Our team is looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) based in Paris to help identify needs for intercultural and language training in some of France’s biggest companies. A successful candidate is self-motivated, has a nothing is impossible mindset and is eager to build a career in a rapidly growing and innovative education company.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and gather valuable market intelligence to refine entity’s sales funnel
• Make daily outbound calls to senior executives to meet sales and meeting goals
• Ensure a high activity level (emails, calls, messages) on a daily basis. Several dozens+
• Proactively gather knowledge about your key target accounts from master’s list provided
• Partner with Account Managers to create customized plans for sales territories, supporting the sales cycle and driving urgency
• Demo our online school to prospects
• Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues around the world to drive the sales process
• Track all activities in Salesforce and ensure contact information is up to date
• Recruit clients to webinars and events


Profil recherché

The skills & experience we look for
• B2B business development experience
• Strong relational skills and influencing skills
• Self-driven, with a nothing is impossible attitude.
• Passion for learning, both for yourself and, on a bigger scale, for organizations
• Strong work ethic: track record of taking ownership, no fear to pursue what seems impossible and relentless zeal for excellence and perfection
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written
• Mastery of French and intermediate-level English
• Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
