Job description

Role Purpose:

Identifying and attracting talents for vacancies across the EMEA region. Advise management, develop and facilitate programs to enable Edwards to meet talent acquisition needs.

Essential Job functions:

  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment for assigned vacancies across the entire EMEA region
  • Build critical relationships with business leaders, peers, HR colleagues and key outside partners
  • Create an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Provide consultative guidance and collaborate with hiring managers, Human Resource and Talent Acquisition leadership to assess workforce needs in the near and intermediate term to identify areas of critical need and develop appropriate Recruiting Strategies
  • Best represent and market the Edwards Lifesciences brand, the organizations business objectives, and career opportunities to potential candidates while building strong relationships with high potential talent for near term and future needs
  • Contribute in strategic talent acquisition projects, processes and programs to fulfill business needs and organizational priorities
  • Other incidental duties

Preferred experience

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 previous related talent acquisition experience
  • Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and ATS systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Provide experience in utilizing sourcing skills and systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional social network)
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating, consultative and relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with a high standard of written and spoken English (other languages are an advantage)
