YOUR MISSION



Within the Global Talent and Performance team, you will evolve in a fastgrowing, multicultural environment and contribute to building consistent, highquality practices that help our people grow, perform and thrive globally.



Our team's work is structured around the following pillars




  • Supporting the roll-out of Talent & Performance global processes


  • Ensuring governance, consistency and continuous improvement of employee lifecycle practices


  • Fostering a culture of employee engagement and mobility across the Group



This position will work on tasks in the following areas:



Onboarding, Performance & Talent Cycle Support:


  • Prepare HR toolkits and support the preparation of educational materials (PPT guides and e-learnings with Articulate Rise).


  • Support data collection for Performance & Talent campaigns, from countries and/or our HR system (Workday), and consolidate into reports.


  • Talent Pool follow‑up: track whether development actions have progressed, update reports, and prepare short summaries for HR and Business leadership.


  • Policy development: contribute to the drafting and updating of global Talent Management and Performance Management policies, relying on existing documentation and best practices.


  • Help maintain and update the Talent & Performance SharePoint spaces.



Internal Mobility and Skills Governance:


  • Support the team in benchmarking Mobility policies and best practices across Edenred


  • Contribute to skills data collection for selected functions (surveys, interviews, workshops with leaders, experts and HRBPs).



Engagement & Employee Listening :


  • Activate performance, mobility and talent initiatives through internal communication, newsletters and other initiatives.


  • Support the team in animating the Edenred Engagement community (preparing communication material, sharing engagement content, organize webinars…)



  • Help build and maintain skills documentation, structure skills lists and ensure templates are consistent.



OUR REQUIREMENTS


  • You should have a Bac+5 degree in Human Resources, Business School, Organizational Psychology or equivalent. An internship agreement is required.


  • You are comfortable working on structured processes and data and enjoy making complex information clear and actionable.


  • You enjoy working on projects and thrive in an international and multicultural environment.


  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are a motivated team player.


  • You are comfortable interacting with all levels of hierarchy in an international setting.


  • You are rigorous, organized, and pay attention to detail.


  • Previous experience in Talent, Performance, or People Development is a plus.


  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (executive-ready slides).


  • You must be fluent in English and French; knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese or any other European language is a plus!
