Your missions 🚀

If you share our ambition and feel ready to deliver our strong commitments, join the Quality team - you will be directly reporting to Badreddine, Group Quality Manager.

Your main missions:

• Participate in the establishment of the regulatory and normative monitoring process in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).

• Conduct safety risk analyses and environmental impact assessments.

• Participate in identifying Health, Safety, and Environmental risks and follow up on curative and preventive actions to control them.

• Manage prevention plans and participate in the development of Pdp and PPSPS.

• Welcome and train employees on HSE matters.

• Lead safety briefings.

• Measure and monitor indicators related to Safety and Environmental aspects.

• Consolidate the reporting of actions and the results of KPIs within the framework of the Environmental Management Review ISO 14001 and the Health and Safety Management Review ISO 45001.

• Update Safety and Environmental documentation: safety instructions, procedures, technical notes, Safety flashes, etc.

• Actively participate in promoting the Safety and Environmental approach.

• Communicate on best practices and implement Safety and Environmental communications.

• Co-construct the materiality matrix by reflecting on and taking action on Safety and Environmental issues.
